Innovation, Compassionate, respected and a visionary are the words which describes our Principal .He with his leadership ability provides strategic direction in the administration of the college. He has responsibility towards students, parents, community members, and government policymakers. It’s his duty to provide a safe and productive learning environment and see that the college meets performance standards. Our Principals set academic goals and ensure that teachers have all the necessary resources to meet them. He asses teaching methods, monitor student achievement, encourage parent involvement, administer the budget, evaluate staff and oversee facilities.

Our Faculty members play an important role in the success of the students.They Cultivate an academic environment and are dedicated professionals having a lasting impact on students. Our faculties don’t just teach students but prepares them for the road ahead in life.

Our Teachers acts as counselors and Facilitators. They help, guide, encourage and assist the students to ensure that the Teaching-Learning Process is effective and successful. Value based education is our motto.

A faculty member is assigned to every student as a Mentor. The Mentor acts as de-facto guardian for the student in providing guidance and mentorship in both academic as well as individual-based needs of the student. The Mentor/Class In-Charge also stay in correspondence with parents and guardians of the respective student.

All students admitted to the College are subject to the discipline and control of the College authorities. The students are required to adhere strictly to the rules and regulations that may be framed from time to time by the College authorities. Proper observance of College discipline, good conduct and participation in games and other events plays an important role in recommendation for final College examination/scholarship/placement/award of certificates, when leaving the College. In case of breach of discipline the Principal has the power to fine, suspend or even compel the concerned student(s) from the College.

All the faculty members have publications in various National and International Journals. Few faculty members are even pursuing their Ph.D studies. Senior faculty members have been appointed as member in the External Institute monitoring committees by MSBTE,Mumbai. All the faculty members are the paper setters and paper assessors for the board examinations conducted by MSBTE. Our staff member have worked as subject experts in development of MSBTE lab manual for Human Anatomy and Physiology, Hospital and clinical Pharmacy and Bio chemistry and clinical pathology. The supportive staff is the backbone of the college. They take care of the day to day administration of the office work under the guidance of Principal. They complete the assigned task with responsibility. The class IV employees take care of cleanliness and maintenance of the college building and various departments.
